I am officially a member of Planet Fitness for the next two months

Today was a good first day.

I did a ton of things, running, elliptical, crunches, stretches, and more but I spent my first day focused on my arms.

4 x 10 chest presses, 20lb

4 x 7 squats, 20lb

4 x 10 flies, 5lb

4 x 10 lawn mowers/one arm rows, 10lb

4 x 10 tricep extensions, 5lb

4 x 10 bicep curls, 7.5lb

I feel fucking great, I’m just in desperate need of a shower now!
